WorldServe Ministries was excited to bring together more than 150 Ethiopian pastors for a Pastoral Leadership Conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  In partnership with the Ethiopian Yehiwot Berhan Church, the second largest evangelical church in Ethiopia, this conference was the first of its kind. The conference focused on equipping local pastors in leadership skills, character building, networking, and evangelism.  It also provided the pastors opportunities to encourage and pray for each other.

The pastors, who  were overjoyed to attend such an enriching and beneficial conference, left feeling better equipped to lead their churches and  to serve their communities.

“The things that I learned at this conference will help me in my ministry so much, “ said one pastor. “ I know that I will be able to be a better leader and will be able to reach my community successfully with God’s help.”
